My main goal in life is to be unconditionally happy. My every action and consequently non-action, is governed by this rule. This causes people to judge me… sometimes fairly, most times not.

So excited to see this movie on DVD! It's already in my “Saved” queue at Netflix. Norman is one of the most talented actors out there, and I love supporting him in any small way I can! Some autographed swag sure would be great, though!

It's nice to see a film that isn't overloaded with effects and can create an impact with the story and the actors abilities. Looking forward to this.

This movie was absolutely amazing!!! Its incredibly well written and has a great cast! We need more movies like The Beatnicks! Its ranked in my Top 3 and I have recommended it to everyone I know, and so far, they've all loved the movie too!! The Beatnicks showed what a “true” movie is about; just needs actors with great talent and a good script, no need for overdone effects, that outshine the actors. I loved it!!!!

Preordered and eagerly awaiting…The more I see Norman preform the more amazed I am that such a talent is so underused.

This movie seems like it is going to be a phenomenal hit. If not just popular, then an upcoming cult classic. The story seems amazing, with a good plot, GREAT cast, and an excellent message.

Norman Reedus is my absolute favorite. I'm excited to see him in a role like the one he plays in The Beatnicks. I've had it saved on my Netflix for a couple months and I can't wait to finally see it!

I have to tell you how much I love the internet. Without it, I would have never known that this film existed. I'm geekcited to see Patrick Bauchau in this! I'm probably the one person that dug “Kindred the Embraced” enough to buy it on VHS then upgrade to DVD…

My favourite performance by Norman Reedus would have to be The Boondock Saints. This is probably what everyone is going to write about but this movie means so much to me and hopefully I can express how much I love it. Norman is an incredible actor, throughout the movie I could feel all the emotions from him, and i completely understood why his character did what he did. He was able to portray his role with what looked like such ease and watching interviews, i saw how much he loved making he movie. The accent, i must say sounded pretty authentic. I could NEVER get sick of The Boondock Saints and watching Norman act, in any movie! His passion for what he does is inspiring and I look up to him greatly. I really hope to win this contest, having his signature, on such a great film, would be mind blowing.

There are a few contests out there but most of them are for US residents only!!!! I have been waiting forever for this movie! I saw every clip on youtube about it and the trailers. Looks like a very original movie and I need to win this
(Oh yeah and Norman Reedus being in it might have contributed to me hearing about it to begin with hihi!)

Norman Reedus is my FAVORITE actor!! He's so talented! He can do anything. I've seen all but a few of his movies. He can play whatever part he's given flawlessly. A true acting chameleon.

This is the 6th contest about this movie I see around here, and @thebeatnicks on Twitter keep posting more and more. What is depressing is that I keep hearing how good this movie is and I'll probably never get to see it. Well, now for the nice part of the comment(can't express my views about a movie I haven't seen) I'll just state that Norman Reedus, Patrick Bauchau and Eric Roberts (the only names I recognize, are all really good, yet hardly popular in the flux – the way I call mainstream movies. We will ignore Eric Roberts's performance in Doctor Who >:) Fans of DW know why.) So who knows, maybe this movie will change that. I mean I haven't seen so much publicity and anticipation for a movie in a while, I mean internet publicity.
However maybe it's for the best they don't get all that popular with everybody, I mean then they will only star in crappy movies about housewives and flowery romance that everyone will gush about, and then how would The Boondock Saints number 3 be made? Norman Reedus, please be in that one, I mean no one can do Murphy better.
Enough rambling, best of luck to all those who commented and enjoy the movie to the winner
Salut

Hmm what to say about thi s movie and Norman Reedus? He is nothing short of phenomenol! His early work is amazing, His current work is amazing. He is dark and mysterious, and dark, sensuous, and exquisite!!

My Mamma has a huge crush on Norman Reedus! Ever since I showed her The Boondock Saints, we've been watching every movie we could find that he's been in. We can't wait to see The Beatnicks! It would make my Mamma so happy to get an autographed DVD!

I love Norman Reedus. He's a very similar soul. He doesn't look at the normal side of things. He's weird- in the good sense of the word. He looks at things in an odd, but amazing and artistic way. Nothing he does is the same and everything he does is out of this world. He's an amazing photographer as well. His photos emerge from some side I've never seen before. They're dark and there's something like a story behind each and every one of them. You just want to know more. Norman, for me, is the embodiment of odd things, all bundled up inside and he shows these amazing places in his mind in such creative ways, whether it's through his movies and his roles, or through his photos and even through his messages. I think Norman lives in a very beautiful and I want to say secluded, but I know he's a very warm person (and in this sense, I don't mean secluded as in 'lonely' but more like 'private' and that I admire). He doesn't try to act like how other actors would act like, like those Hollywood celebrities that I don't really look up to. He's himself, and I admire that a lot. Because I think everyone should look up to someone who's real- not fake. And when to comes to Mr Reedus…he's so real.

I know that I'm probably going to be hung for saying this, but Norman's not my primary desire to see this film. I've had a fascination with beat poetry and the sordid tales that happened in the beginning of the movement.
Besides that, the idea that something can enhance what you are capable of (or at least make you THINK that it has unlocked something inside of yourself) is a very intriguing concept. I think we've all embraced the idea of the proverbial “muse” that strikes each and every one of us. It can come from anything.
As an artist in my own right, I am constantly looking for inspiration. Perhaps, this film could pull the next idea from my brain that I can share with the world. Perhaps it would unearth a poignancy in myself.
As I am a curious person by nature, I wouldn't be able to help myself from looking in the BOX.
